3 times a week, we start the day off at Rock Solid with fitness boot camp. Classes are run by the (in)famous Bob Brennan. Whether you are looking to train for your next obstacle race, get back in shape, or just start your day off right, Bob will get you ready. Classes are designed to be as hard as you make them, but they are fun, fast-paced, and open to all fitness levels.

Take a more relaxed approach to your fitness regimen with our weekly yoga class. We run through a cycle of introductory yoga movements to allow students of all levels to experience the physical and mental benefits of this ancient wellness experience, but without having to indulge in the entire yoga lifestyle. Beginners and veterans are welcome.
